Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charge for Standard Rates:
The cancellation charges as follows:
30 to 20 days prior to check-in date, 10% deduction as per the room rates.
20 to 10 days prior to check-in date, 25% deduction as per the room rates.
10 to 2 days prior to check-in date, 50% deduction as per the room rates.
0 to 48 Hours prior to check-in date, NO REFUND.
Cancellation Charge for Special Rates:
No cancellation or changes possible for the special rates bookings. In case of cancellation, 70% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many private properties so, it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise.
- No parties are allowed at the premises.
- Our check-in time is 01:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM
- Guests are required to show a government approved photo identification upon check-in.
- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Please note that early check-in's are subjected to the availability and late check-out's is only allowed after managment approval and will be chargable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just steps from everything. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. In spite of arriving several hours early for check-in, we were still able to check our luggage and clean up after the flight without any problems.
In the hotel and in the rooms, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and equipped with modern furniture & electronics and an interesting carpet, the bathroom was extremely large and quite impressive, and this hotel is fantastic. I really liked the location.
Very nice hotel, there's a lot to see and do nearby. The staff is friendly and the hotel is well maintained. I would definitely visit again with my kids.
